    onward goes my journey of pc gaming. im loving my ephex. my next maingear pc is going to be world dominating......as badass as this ephex i have now is and looking at that concept. i cant even image what my next pc will be like down the road....Click here to enlarge

    I don't know what you actually looked at but those boxes looked like crap to me. Am I the only one being serious here? They may look unique but thats about it.
    1. Disk loading - don't know about you but I never used this kind of loader. And never plan to. Wii-inspired? X-Box-inspired? Doesn't matter, its a PC case (as far as I know).
    2. They don't look like you can put 12 5-inch-sized devices into it (DVD, HDD, water cooling, air cooling). They don't look like they have any ventilation holes either (those on the sides? Thats a joke, right?).
    3. Truly unique cases are usually made with lights from acrylic materials (transparent case+lights). The thing you posted is...um...not good at all.

    Thats just my opinion, maybe people that posted previously really like it, but I'm sure they don't say "it looks alienish" for no reason Click here to enlarge

    In 2 words - NOT good. Please continue working on the design and usefulness. Lian-Li products are closer to perfection Click here to enlarge
    Case=chassis.

    As far as the aesthetic value goes, your opinion is your opinion, I can definitely see the last two designs especially being love or hate. For the technical aspects, I don't think it's fair to make a judgment on what the case will be able to accommodate without actually seeing specs. I can't see maingear doing anything that would compromise the things they're known for, mainly build quality and configurability. That includes outstanding airflow in all their builds.

    We absolutely appreciate this feedback. These comments are why we have not taken these ideas beyond the concept phase yet. We want to see what people like and dislike. What we bring to market will most likely not look anything like what we've shown here, but we wanted to get some reaction to gauge what people like/dislike or want in the next generation of PCs.

    Personally, my opinion is these chassis are more mainstream and would not represent our high end. We have ideas on that, but we of course did not want to make public our best work. =)

    you just did. you should really worry about the company you work (or worked) for. i know where your posting from. let whatever grudges you have against Morley go and try to live a happy life :-) I ask everyone who moderates these forums to keep them transparent, unfortunately sometimes, it gets out of hand.

    You're posting crude and insulting comments on my blog (I have the IP logs to prove it.) This is a privately owned forum and you don't have the right to just post whatever you want.

    The only thing i see wrong with them is the lack of windows. i likes me some windoors..

    i could definitely see a window and blue led lights on that 3rd design. that would be pretty slick. maybe even hook up a switch to where you could change the color of the LED lights on the front to what you want...course i would want blue.

    oh yeah and.....

    CHEESY POOFS !?....hELL YeAH I WANT cHEESy POoFS! !

    I think they're too small to fit a window. I'm not saying they're small, I'm just saying they aren't big enough for a window

    Interesting, to say the least. I think I still prefer the good, old (!!?) Ephex monolith. Click here to enlarge
